El desgaste de la bici, mantenimiento, pinchazos o fallas causadas por la utilización de la bici son responsabilidad del cliente, y podremos dar soporte en ruta con SOBRECOSTE,

Este servicio esta sujeto a la aceptación por nuestra parte y tiene que estar la bici disponible y a nuestra disposición durante esa tarde o noche. 

​

El cliente puede acudir a una tienda de bicis por su cuenta para la revisión de la bici.

El cliente es responsable del cuidado, mantenimiento y mal uso por falta de cuidados.

​

Nuestras instalaciones están en León, todos nuestros clientes pueden hacer una revisión y limpieza de las bicis al pasar por nuestra ciudad, previa cita. 

​

Las bicicletas van equipadas con un kit de reparación para pinchazos, el cliente debe tener un mínimo de conocimiento para saber utilizarlo así como de inflar las ruedas de la bici.
